2023 JRT Commendation Conference:"Star of Quality", "Star of Production", "Working Model "

Commendation conference for the first half of 2023: "Quality Star", "Production Star", "Model Worker Star".

The commendation conference works at the end of May, 2023. On the conference, the "Quality Star", "Production Star" and "Labor Model Star" for March and April is selected.

1. Purpose of commendation
JRT always adheres to the belief of "Exceed Dreams, Advancing Bravely", and insists on developing and producing laser ranging modules with better quality, smaller size, but more competitive price.
In order to effectively motivate employees who perform well in all aspects, and set up a model for employees, to make the quality management level of the production department to a higher level, to establish a sense of competition to create a first-class enterprise wholeheartedly, to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the majority of employees, the monthly competition for "quality star", "output star", "model labor star" is held.

2. Selection Scope
"Quality Star" refers to employees who have achieved remarkable results in product quality on the production line;
"Production Star" refers to employees who have achieved remarkable results in production output on the production line;

"Model Worker Star" refers to employees who perform well in all aspects of the production line.

3. Quota of commendations

We insist on combining spiritual rewards and material rewards, focusing on spiritual rewards and motivating everyone.

At the end of May, 2023, the commendation conference works at the commendation meeting, the COO of Mr. Zhu, presented honorary medals and bonuses to the award winners, and affirmed and praised their work.
