Q: Can you make customer's own brand name?
A: Yes. We accept OEM/ODM service. Please confirm with us if your quantity satisfy the minimum order quantity.

Q: How can I get a sample to check your quality?
A: Please contact us first, then communicate with us to select the suitable long range binoculars model for your project. Then, you can order 1~3 pcs samples to test.

Q: Is the sample free,and how long can I expect to get the sample?
A: We do not offer free samples, but will reimburse the buyer once an bulk order is confirmed. Our standard delivery is 3 working days if the range sensors you choose have stock(depends on if the regular sensor or customized items.)

Q: How about the Packaging & Shipping?
A: Standard package and international regular transports for your samples delivery(Fedex, UPS, DHL, TNT etc.)
