Smart phones have reached a rather wide range and application level, and industrial smart phones have gathered a variety of industrial scenario applications. Of course it is also possible to add the ranging function to the phone. If laser ranging can be applied to smart phones, taking advantage of the high popularity and portability of smart phones, it can make distance measurement more convenient and fast. Integrating a laser ranging module in the phone and connecting the signal output to the signal of the baseband chip in the main body of the phone, which can be connected by Bluetooth, is an ideal new means of distance measurement with a simple structure and convenient operation.

The user can use the keyboard or touch screen of the phone to send commands to the Laser Distance Measurement module through the baseband chip, the laser transmitter unit emits the laser beam, the laser receiver unit receives the reflected laser beam and transmits the data to the baseband chip, which calculates the measured distance from the phone to the measured object and displays it on the screen. We have sensors with the laser head and PCB designed separately, and the Laser Distance Module will be better adapted to the size of the phone, convenient, saving space and achieving clean lookout.
