What are the characteristics of pulse laser range finder?

Pulse method (including time-of-flight method) emits a laser pulse from a laser generator and reflects it to the generator when it meets an object. The distance from the starting point to the target can be calculated by measuring the time interval between the laser emission time and the receiving time and dividing it by the beam.
