Which laser ranging sensor is good for outdoor using?

1. Longest range radar:
The Distance Measuring Sensor can measure from 3cm to a long range 100M (150M is the maximum range).
2. Millimeter level high precision:

Using phase method of 8 hz high frequency, this kind of Laser Ranging Sensor is more suitable for static object measurement.
