Question：Have you got example of reading from a linux system? Does your infrared sensors support work in Linux system?
Answer  : Hello, JRT laser distance modules can be used to Linux system, but write the corresponding Linux driver according to the serial port tool you are using is needed. Development languages can use cross-platform development languages so that you can be used on different systems. It's the same with Android sytem.

1. Under bad measure condition, like environment with strong light or the diffuse reflectance of measuring point over-high or low, the accuracy would have bigger amount of error: ±1 mm+40PPM.

2. Under strong light or bad diffuse reflectance of target, please use a reflector.
3. Frequency would be affected by environment.
